The Perfect Sign Return, Exchange, and Damage Policy

You will love the look and high quality of all our signs. We guaranteeit!  The quality of our products and your buying experience are our greatest concerns if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace, repair or refund it.  Please see the details below. 

 

 


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

The Perfect Sign stands behind its products.  If, within 45 days of placing your order, you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item for any other item of equal value*or issue a refund for the returned item(s)**.

Exceptions to the policy:Personalized signs andcustom signs
    
Personalized items maybe be returned, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
     Custom Signs may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

** Credit/Refund is for merchandise price only, and does not include the original or return shipping charges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

All returns MUST HAVE a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

1) Email customer service to request an RMA number.   Include your name, order number, and item you wish to return.   We will email you a RMA page which includes the information you will need to print and enclose with your return.

2) Return your item and RMA page via your preferred carrier to

Items returned with no RMA number will  not be accepted.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS  

 

All of our domestic shipments are sent fully insured via UPS or Fed-Ex.  All international shipments are sent fully insured via UPS Global Air.  If you can tell it is damaged before the shipping company leaves your home you can refuse the shipment and it will be returned to us and we can ship you out a new piece.   If you notice the damage after the carrier has left, please email customer service  to notify us of the damage and we will let you know how to proceed with a damage claim.   KEEP ALL PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING DAMAGED ITEMS.


ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number,.   This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.  Please provide contact information so that we may so that we may contact you if we have questions in response to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your sign has not been produced or shipped.  If the cancellation order was received after your ordered shipped, we will refund the merchandise total when returned less shipping.
