What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment online or via phone, fax, or mail.

ONLINE: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Personal Check or money order.

By Phone:  We will gladly take your order via phone 1-812-490-5154  (9am-5pm CST, Monday - Friday)

Personal Checks or Money orders: You may select to choose one of these methods upon check out.  Please make the total of your order and make sure to put your order # on your check or money order.  Send your payment to address below as soon as possible.  NOTE: We can not process your order until we have payment.

Am I going to be charged sales tax?
Only Indiana residents will be charge sales tax.  Indiana sales tax is 6%.


I received a gift certificate, how do I redeem it?
Once you are ready to check out, you will be able to enter your gift card code.  A new total will then be displayed for your order taking into account the value of your gift card.

I received a coupon code, how do I use it?
During the check out process you will see the location to enter a coupon code.  The discount will then be shown in your order total, prior to submitting your payment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?

What if my item is damaged during shipping?
All domestic packages are sent fully insured.  First, don't throw away the packaging so that the claim can be filed correctly and we can work on replacing your item.  Please click here to see more about handling a damaged item.

What are your signs made of and how are they made?
All of our signs are made of real wood, unless noted (for example tin signs are not made of wood, but tin).  To find out more about how our signs are made please click here.

Why does each sign take approx 9 business days to produce?
We are a made to order company.  All of our products are handcrafted personally for you once you order them and nothing is kept in stock.  To find out more about production times, please click here.

SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy and what carriers do you use?
We offer our customer a selection of carriers, and methods to choose from.  Our preferred method, that often provides the lowest rates, is FedEx ground.  

How much will it cost to ship my sign?
This depends on your location and the size/weight of the sign you order.   During check out, real time shipping calculators, will calculate these factors to show you the FedEx, UPS, USPS rates.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Can I expedite or express my order? 
Yes we do offer rush shipping options when you check out.  Please remember that expediting shipping will only speed up the ship time not the production time.

All of our interior signs are ready to hang.  The majority have a keyhole in back for easy hanging.
